last minute details

Sorting through invitations to events in Denver... there's no way to go to everything, given official sessions are also scheduled. I want to know what's going on in those sessions, so I may miss a few parties. I'll pick up my press credentials on Sunday (missing their big party on Sat. nite) to report for my hometown paper - the Elizabethtown Chronicle - as well as attending as a delegate. The website is www.elizabethtownchronicle.com - my first story hit the front page - not bad for a rookie reporter.

Taking a long train trip - Etown to Pgh to Chicago to Denver sounded like a good idea at the time. We'll see.

Lois,

Thanks for a most interesting read. The Sunday News had a feature today on the Biden VP selection, and highlighted your blog site. Hopefully the entire circulation will visit!

Lois,

Have you seen Ted Kennedy?

Are you hearing any plans for a break-away movement from Clinton supporters?

A video is posted on Crooks and Liars showing demonstrators refusing to speak to Fox News. Aw... Check it out (www.crooksandliars.com).

Way to go, Lois. Just saw your article in the Chronicle. Glad you're representing the best of Lancaster County.

Liked your comments on the Clinton situation. It's discouraging to read some of the stuff that's "Drudged-up."

Good luck, and have some fun.

Hi Lois!

I found out about your blog in the Biden VP article in the Sunday News. Hope you are having a great time in Denver. I'll be watching for you in the Convention audience on TV!

Any chance you would be able to do a program on your trip for our September meeting of the Elizabethtown Grange?

And if you happen to bump into Senator Obama, let him know he has a standing invitation to visit our Grange meetings whenever he wants! : )

Looking forward to your next posting!
